Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a designation given by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants to those who meet education and experience requirements and pass an exam.

CPA is considered to be “black belt in accounting” and prepares
you for careers in Accounting and Auditing.

Required for


CPAs are required to get a bachelor›s degree in business administration, finance or accounting. They are also required to complete 150 hours of education and have no less than two years of public accounting experience. CPAs must pass a certification exam; certification requirements vary by state. Additionally, they must complete a specific number of continuing hours of education yearly.


Computer-based format

Passing score is 75 on a 99-0 scale

Question types include multiple choice, simulation and written communication

Many states require the candidate to have 1-2 years of experience under a CPA

Dr. Osama Qassim , PHD ,CPA, has almost 13years pf experience in the academic and professional filed of accounting , including financial management positions with leading companies in manufacturing , service and investment sectors , Dr. Osama financial management experience include roles in planning ,budgeting , forecasting , performance reporting, as well as accounting and control. In addition teaching and training of modern accounting concepts. Osama received his bachelor’s degree , master and doctorate in accounting , this consistency of qualification enabled his to build a strong and variety of accounting knowledge and skills. In addition he is a certified public accountant (USA)

Anas Dahbar

An assistant manger in one of the big-four audit firms in the United Arab Emirates from 2009. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from New Hampshire USA since 2013. Beside the CPA, Anas got Bachelor degree in accounting and master degree in Financial Management. As part of his daily work, he has comprehensive exposure to the latest updates in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), US standards (US GAAP) and international auditing standards (IAS).


Anas teaches CPA-related subjects in financial reporting, auditing and business since 2016.
